Please note, I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. This can be done so via text message or voicemail. Please make sure I have replied to verify your message has been received. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
Due to some late cancellations, all new clients will now be required to pay a £10 deposit to secure their appointment. I am sorry for the inconvenience this causes to my genuine clients. Appointment deposits can be made via PayPal.
I allow set times for all appointments and book them back to back. If you are running late for your appointment please let me know and I will do my best to allow for this. Unfortunately, if I am unable to complete your treatment in the allocated time through no fault of my own, full payment will still be due regardless of whether or not your treatment has been competed or not.
Gems Gels accept cash or credit card at no additional cost. Please ensure you have funds available for your treatments at the time as I do not offer any credit services. Non payment will be reported to the police as theft.
I require a non refundable deposit of £10 to secure all bookings from 5th December-31st December. No discounts will be valid throughout this time.
Vouchers are non transferable for cash. Vouchers have a 3 month expiration. They must be used by their expiry date. No extensions will be given. No change will be given. If damaged, lost or ruined, no replacements will be offered.
